Hotel Crillon de Brave - Provence

A lot of things are eco-friendly, but we think some of the best eco-friendly activities is grabbing some locally harvested, farm fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat and whipping them up into something special. What’s even better than that? Doing it in Provence, of course!

Nestled in the heart of Provence, the refined-rustic Hotel Crillon le Brave is offering an all-inclusive package of a five-day (six-night) cooking program, that combines the spectacular culture and cuisine of the region.

Led by new Head Chef, John Ellis, guests learn to cook authentic Provençal fare and embark on excursions through the local area, including meetings with local purveyors and wine tastings. After the chef hat comes off, guests can relax with a treatment at the hotel’s open-air spa, tour the historic village on complimentary bikes, or play on the tennis and boules courts.
